Food policy
Lately, I have become very interested in food policy. Our current system is a mess and we can no longer afford to be so reliant on cheap fossil fuels. Our society has constantly been obsessed with fad diets, such as low-fat or low-carb, when these nutriotionist ideals are actually hurting us rather than helping. Also, the welfare of animals in slaughterhouses is just ridiculous. It’s amazing...
